2. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions govern the acquisition of software licenses (plugins) for the FacturaScripts management system, marketed through the agenticalia.ai platform.

The products offered are digital content in the form of downloadable plugins, which are provided via electronic download once payment is completed.

3. Purchase Process

1. The user selects the desired plugin and clicks "Buy".
2. Enters their email address.
3. Is redirected to the secure payment gateway (Stripe).
4. Completes the billing and payment details.
5. Once payment is confirmed, receives the license key and download link by email.

The contract is considered concluded when the user receives the purchase confirmation by email.

4. Prices and Taxes

All prices shown on the website include applicable VAT (21% for Spain and EU private customers). Prices may change without prior notice, although the price in effect at the time of purchase will always apply.

• Spain: 21% VAT included
• EU (private customers): 21% VAT included
• EU (businesses with valid VAT): Reverse charge (0% VAT)
• Outside EU: VAT exempt

5. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods through our secure Stripe gateway:

• Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• Google Pay and Apple Pay

All payments are processed securely. Grupo Lucohe S.L. does not store credit card data.

6. License Terms

The purchase of a plugin grants the user a non-exclusive, non-transferable license limited to a single domain.

• The license allows installing and using the plugin on a single FacturaScripts installation (one domain).
• To use the plugin on additional domains, additional licenses are required.
• The license is perpetual for one-time payments, or for the contracted period for subscriptions.
• Redistribution, sale, rental, or transfer of the plugin to third parties is not permitted.
• Modification of the source code to remove or bypass license verification is not permitted.

7. License Activation

Once the plugin is installed, you must activate the license by entering the key received and the domain where you will use it. The license is permanently linked to that domain.

If you need to change the domain associated with your license (e.g., due to server migration), contact soporte@agenticalia.ai.

8. Subscriptions

Some plugins are offered under a subscription model (monthly or annual). In this case:

• The subscription renews automatically at the end of the contracted period.
• The amount will be automatically charged to the registered payment method.
• You can cancel the subscription at any time from your customer area or by contacting support.
• Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No prorated refunds are made for early cancellation.

9. Product Delivery

As these are digital products, delivery is immediate and automatic once payment is confirmed:

• You will receive an email with your license key and download link.
• You can download the plugin from your customer area at any time.
• Plugin updates will be available during the active license period.

10. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article 103.m) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium when performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent.

By completing the purchase, you agree that:

• The digital content will be made available to you immediately.
• You lose your right of withdrawal once the download begins or the license key is received.

However, if you experience technical problems that prevent the use of the product, contact us at soporte@agenticalia.ai and we will study your case individually.

11. Warranty and Support

We offer:

• Functionality warranty: The plugins are compatible with the FacturaScripts versions indicated in the product description.
• Updates: Included during the license period for bug fixes and compatibility.
• Technical support: By email at soporte@agenticalia.ai, during business hours (Mon-Fri 9:00-18:00 CET).

The warranty does not cover issues arising from code modifications by the user, use with incompatible versions of FacturaScripts, or conflicts with third-party plugins.

12. Liability

Grupo Lucohe S.L. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the software. Maximum liability in any case shall be limited to the amount paid for the product.

13. Data Protection

Personal data provided during the purchase process will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Invoicing

An electronic invoice will be automatically issued for each purchase and sent to the email provided. If you need an invoice with specific tax details (company, Tax ID), make sure to enter them correctly during the payment process.

15. Modification of Terms

Grupo Lucohe S.L. reserves the right to modify these terms. Modifications will not affect purchases already made. The current version will always be the one published on this page.

16. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid, unless applicable regulations establish otherwise.
